We are a Husband & Wife business with over 10 years of experience in the North Devon area. We offer a friendly and reliable service, with customer satisfaction, quality of work and safe working practice being our focus.
WATER FED POLE SYSTEM
For cleaning windows, fascias, soffits and the external cleaning of gutters, we use Gardiners water fed pole systems, and purified water for a crystal clear finish every time.
SKYVAC GUTTER CLEARING SYSTEM
For clearing gutters, we use a SkyVac gutter clearing system, which as the name suggest, sucks the dirt out of the gutters from ground level leaving no mess!
Inspection is done before and after using a telescopic camera, and pictures can be provided via email or whatsapp on request.

ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes. We are fully insured, this means both public liability AND insured for damage to the property we are working on.
YOU USE A WATER FED POLE, WONT THE WINDOWS BE LEFT SPOTTY?
We guarantee a spotless clean every time. Our experience has helped us to overcome this problem with our double filtered water setup and attention to detail when working.

CAN YOU CLEANÂ WINDOWS IN THE RAIN?
Yes. Using the pure water fed pole system, a bit of rain has no impact on the resulting clean.

WILL RAIN CLEAN THE WINDOWS FOR ME?
No. A combination of pure water, the right technique and agitation using specially designed brush heads is needed to clean the windows. Sometimes rain may rinse off some dust, sometimes it might deposit more dirt back on the window. Over the weeks this will build up, however after being cleaned there is nothing for any new dirt and dust to adhere to, even if it does rain during or shortly after a clean.
None of us like to waste money, and so we will not clean windows in very stormy weather. Our weather in the UK is unpredictable, but we will try to avoid cleaning your windows in the days leading up to a particularly bad patch of weather, however this could be an ideal time to have those gutters that you have been concerned about cleared......
WHEN SHOULD I HAVE MY GUTTERS CLEARED?
If you see any plant growth in your gutters, this can lead to blockages and potential damage and should be addressed as soon as possible. For maintenance and regular gutter clearing, this depends on the property and location, however typically for a once a year clear, after autumn in January/February is probably the optimal time.
